Excellent store, very clean, great selections and options here!!! Perfect location across from the hospital for many of your needs too when you are away from home. I received great assistance for sure. A distributor was near by loading up her products and she noticed I needed help. She immediately got an employee for me. She found Laurie or Laura was her name (sorry I forgot). She helped me without hesitation to find what I was looking for, plus the items were on sale, so I now needed a buggy (shopping cart). She went out of her way to get me one!!!!

This Rouses is by far the best one I've ever seen & been in !!It is so organized , everything is in place , as for as clean its immaculate !! All items literally everything, is well stocked....Most of the employees are very polite , knowledgeable, helpful & welcoming .. I Wish I remembered the name of the young man that went out his way to assist my sister & I with the disabled carts they drive .. (Customers) He was raised right good job to his parents !! Very respectful young man !!💙 Will definitely be back ... I have family that shop there who are as satisfied I am with the whole 1st time experience!! Great job!! Maybe you can encourage some of the employee's its ok to smile everyone is going through something & their smile can make someone's day..!☺💜 May God continue to bless & keep you , your business, & hard working employee's safe & employed ... Very clean store. Lots of product. Salad bar in the food court is awesome. Employees are all very outgoing and courteous. Def cant go wrong here. This location I am commenting on is across from thibodaux regional hospital.

This is the best rouses in the area. Every time I need specialty items, they're willing to help me out. Big shout out to the meat department who was working today! You're the best! Will definitely choose your store first from now on.

Rouses did such a great job with handling the catering and selection for my father‘s Celebration of Life. Melissa created a beautiful spread and even delivered and set it up for us! Kylie also gave my mother a beautiful flower arrangement. Mr. Kramer, James, the management crew and employees are always so kind and helpful to my mom. The store is always well organized, neat and offers a nice variety of choices. Great job and thank you!

Rouses Market is convenient and its employees are always accommodating. My family enjoys its hot menu selections, as well as every day grocery needs. We also enjoy the Rouses branded products, especially the seasoning options.
